We want you to be happy with your edgeNEXUS purchase. As such, most of our App Store products are available on a 30 day trial, and we encourage users to take advantage of this to ensure that the solution chosen is fit for intended use.
Can I get a Refund or Exchange?
Yes, you can request a refund or exchange of your apps or platform licences up to 30 days after the original date of purchase. After the 30 day period, standard pricing for upgrades will apply and exchanges/refunds will not be available.
