In order to obtain a POC license you are required to fill in the form and submit it to the App Store. Once you submit your information, we will also send some license code information for this appliance. The information sent can be seen in the Software Details section in Advanced > Software.

About Machine ID: If you have a Machine ID from your ADC application (e.g., 5FF-89BD-4F3), you can enter it in the form below. If you are a new user without a Machine ID, you can leave it blank and a Machine ID will be generated and associated with your account during registration.

Once the App Store has created your account, the appliance will be sent a trial license.
